Go continue the moralizing of yesterday – my experiences with Husky communism is likely to make me a convert (at least, a mild sort of one) to the general doctrines of communism. The system is certainly admirably adopted to the conditions here. The seemingly very strong objection to C. – that some are lazy and will become parasites – seems to have little force in the actual life of the H. Some, it is to me, are more energetic than others, and accomplish more, but all try and all do something. The fact that one works harder than another worries neither of them, nor the community in general. Of course, a complete communism might not work so well as this modified one.
